It was taken in the morning during sun rise between 6:00 to 6:30AMILighting
It just happened to be the right lightening by mother nature when i was taking this picture.Equipment

I was looking for a beautiful sun rise place when i was driving to see fall colors in Arkansas. On the one of road side, i looked at the beautiful location where the Sunrise was amazing. So, Just capture it in my camera.Editing

I would say right landscape, right lens, proper frame size and right place would provide better capture of sun rise. Of course, right time is also important for sun rise (e.g. Sunrise at 6:00) :)
