Here's my version of the sugar cookie bars. I decided to make colorful icing, because I do what I want. But they are too dry, and I didn't have any shortening to add to the icing so it is all butter, which I can totally taste. Eck. I'll bring them to work in the morning if any of you lucky effers wanna try them.
