Location
This photo was taken after a very long steep walk in the Minnamurra Rainforest at Minnamua, NSW South Coast Australia.Time
I set of with tripod and camera gear about 1:30pm, being encouraged on the way by other people's comments that the falls well worth the effort that it took to get there. We finally reached the falls at 2:52pm. The falls were amazing and I instantly forgot that I was exhausted and start to think about how I am going to shoot this amazing view in front of me.Lighting
The lighting was all natural.Equipment
This photo was taken on a Nikon D7000 and a Nikkor 18 to 300mm lens at F/7 and exposure 1/10 with and ISO 326 and a focal length 35mm and Tripod.Inspiration
I was taking this as part of an assessment for a Photography Course I was doing at the time. I had to look at photos that inspired me. I found photos of Minnamurra Rainforest in a magazine and was taken by the beauty of the area.Editing
Other than a little exposure adjustment and some noise reduction in lightroom this is as shoot. In my camera bag
In my bag I have Nikon D7000, with my work horse Nikkor 18-300 lens. other lens in my kit are a 50mm 1.8 and 105mm also a 10 to 23 wide angle lens and a Nikon D1500 as a back up camera.Feedback
A tripod is a must to top camera shake, also try using a remote shutter control as this also helps with the camera shake. Lots of practise with trial and error in getting just the right amount of ghosting on the flow of water that you like. And most of all a good comfortable pair of joggers.
