Behind The Lens

Location

I took this shot at the Bakersfield Museum of Art. Their grounds are quite beautiful. I have been a photographer since I was 15 and started journalism in high school.

Time

This was about 2 pm. I was walking around the grounds outside and just loved the way the lighting was and the clouds behind the trees.

Lighting

There was some beautiful direct light that made for some wonderful contrast on the tree,

Equipment

I shot on a Canon t3i with an 18-55mm lens f3.5 no other equipment was used.

Inspiration

The way the sun looked on the tree and the clouds behind it.

Editing

no

In my camera bag

I have my Canon T3i with my 40mm lens my 50mm lens my 18-55 mm lens. my manfrotto tripod and thats about it.

Feedback

sometimes you just have to wait for the light to be right
