North Carolina The Beautiful - Charlotte - Visited the St. Peters Episcopal Church built sometime between 1917 and 1919 - several people from this church participated at the World War - Church was destroryed and was rebuilt in Nov 1922 - Organized in 1834 and recognized as a parish in the Diocese of North Carolina in 1844, St. Peter’s was the first Episcopal Church in Charlotte and considered by many as the “mother church” of the region.It is as beautiful inside as it is outside - Shown here is The Van Ness Hamrick Organ - taken on 8-8-2014
