Did you pay that bird? Supere shot and the bird puts it over the top. I'd clone out that spot just above the bird. It looks like another bird but its out of focus cuz its moving and therefore it distracts from a wonderful scene. IMO

Thank you for the advice Bozzzz and it was definatly Brighton rabbottbrailey, most of the time it is cloudy but the sun was shining bright all day that day evan in the winter :)
