If you want to have a chance of securing your spot for a good angle you must arrive to this location at least a couple hours before sunrise or you will be battling with the swarms of others fighting to shoot this scene.
The park itself it incredibly beautiful and is very well known for its amazing night skies. I highly recommend it!
