I took this photo whilst taking my puppy for a walk, in a wooded area near where I live. I love to take my camera with me whenever I leave the house as I never know when I will catch something special.Time

I was looking for a place to capture my happy little puppy, running loose and smiling from ear to ear. I spotted the light and knew it was the place. I lay on my tummy and called 'Chewie' to come to me.Editing
I did not post process at all. I usually prefer to leave my photos untouched as I feel it gives them a more 'genuine' feel.In my camera bag
I always make sure I have my shutter remote to hand as I like to be in photos as well as take them! I also am usually somewhere dirty, in the woods or at the stables, so a cleaning kit always comes with me. Finally I love my 35mm prime as I really enjoy taking close animal portraits.Feedback
I always make sure that I wear comfortable clothes that I'm not afraid to get dirty! Get on your knees, or your tummy. Don't worry about muddy trousers or ants in your pants! Try lots of different angles and look for your light. Most of all, have fun!
