One of my new all time favorite photographs. Shot with my new Canon 5D MkII and 50mm 1.8 II at F-6.3, ISO 100, 5 seconds.
It was a cool night out in St. Louis last night and while I was reediting some photos from the summer, I heard bangs from outside. Not knowing what was going on, I ran out of my house to see that there was a fireworks show going on. I quickly ran back into my house, grabbed my camera, tripod and shutter release cable and set up my shot. The fireworks show had been going on for a while and I came just in the nick of time as the finally was just starting. I believe this might be one of my best photographs as the tree and the fireworks lined up creating a beautiful effect. I hope you guys enjoy this photo as much as I do and I hope you have a good day.
