Behind The Lens
Location
This photo was taken at a local park I was at with my grandson Landon. I am not a professional photoprapherbut I am trying to gain experience to make that dream a reality. Taking his photo is always a challenge because he is always moving so I try and catch him however I can and to me shooting him in a casual mood is most often my best photos of him.Time
It started out as just a normal early afternoon play day for him but i saw the sun was just in the right position and was casting some awesome shadows.So he just happend to sit down in the tall grassy weedy area and thats when i sat down and shot this picture of him.Lighting
The sun was just right at that time.. sitting high in the sky making the right shadows in the right places and made this picture come out good.Equipment
The camera that took this shot was my Canon EOS Rebel T3i with a 75-300mm lens. I just love this camera.Inspiration
What inspired me.well lets see for someone that loves photography it don't take much to get inspired with photography. If the light is right and you got a good eye then you got the potential to have some photographs. Plus it helps when you have a handsome subject as I did that afternoon.Editing

All I have is my Canon EOS Rebel T3i and the Canon Zoom Lens EF 75-300mm and a EFS 18-55mm lens with image stabilizer which is nice..wish my other lens had that feature as wellFeedback
Lighting is the key to all picture taking. Knowing your camera and what each button does is a big factor also and a good subject plus patience. If you have all of that then you got the making of becoming an awesome photographer. Good luck and happy shooting!
