Behind The Lens

Location

I took this photo at the Automobile Museum in Reno Nevada. This is an awesome place and this scene was one of the exhibits that they have there...

Time

This was an inside shot so I am not sure what the time of day was that I took it.

Lighting

Fortunately the lighting in this particular area wasn't to bad...they did have some large windows that let in natural light and I just worked with it to get the best exposure...

Equipment

For this shot I used my Canon T2i with my Sigma 18-250mm lens...f3.5...1/40 and ISO of 1000

Inspiration

I love old cars and really loved how they had set this up to look like a scene from that time

Editing

I always shoot in RAW so I processed it in Adobe camera RAW first then took it into Elements and used my favorite plug in which is Viveza...just tweeked it some to make it pop...

In my camera bag

I normally have my Canon 70D with my Sigma 18-250mm lens which I use as my general walking around lens as that will handle pretty much anything I want to shoot and it takes really clear sharp shots. I also have my Canon 100-400mm for any bird shots or any other long distance shots.

Feedback

Just to play around with the settings and see what works best for the effect you want to have...
