I found a deer fly (Chrysops callidus) that didn't figure out how to navigate though a window and perished there and tried out some shots with all three extension rings (12+20+36=68mm) on a Canon 100-2.8 USM Macro and fed the result into Zerene Stacker.

This is 24 shots focus stacked and I didn't bother to remove all the dust and spider web from it.
