This photo was taken before our vessel duck at Maginoo Port in Calbayog Northern Samar, Philippines. I was smitten by the island so I got my camera and took a picture of it.Time
I woke up early so I got the time to room around the vessel and had the chance to see the magnificent view of the Samar islands. But when I came across this view, i feel in love with it instantly. I thought its different and amazing. I captured the view at 7:15 AM in the morning last May 6, 2014.Lighting
I don't have any training about photography so everything was natural light. I just took the picture according to what i see is beautiful and amazing.Equipment
I use Canon IXUS 145, with lens of 8x and 5.0-40.0 mm. I captured this in live shot.Inspiration

Check the weather forecast before going to this place and make sure the weather is fair and safe for travel. Second, you must have courage since you will be at the sea or in the air just to capture the best view of the place. You can hire a boat or helicopter just to be in this place. Third, contrast. Fourth, don’t forget to bring your camera and lenses with you.
