These days I have upgraded my equipment I now pack my Nikon7100, Sigma 75 to 500 40mm macro Yamron 17 to 200 zoom tripod or mono pod.Feedback
The best advice I can give is to get to your early before sunrise if possible.If possible go the day before and look at the behaviour of the birds see which trees they keep coming back to. above all be patient.
