North Toronto Railway Station Clock Tower at No 10 Scrivener Square in Toronto Canada.
The railway station opened in 1916. It was closed as a rail station in 1930. Brewers Retail moved into the northern portion in 1931. The LCBO moved into the southern portion in 1940. The 4 clocks were removed from the tower between 1948 and 1950. Pigeons entered the tower through the holes where the clock faces were and made it their home. Restoration of the clock tower and the station began in 2004. The first job that needed to be done in the restoration process was to remove almost 4000 kgs (around 8800 lbs) of pidgeon droppings that had accumulated at the base of the clock tower.
Canon EOS 60D body with a Sigma 17-70mm f2.8 DC Macro OS lens. Silver EFEX Pro as a Lightroom plugin for the B&W conversion.

I love the darkness of these photos. It adds a special quality, almost giving the structures a new personality! Great job!
