What if.. Mercury had made a fastback version of the Cougar? Image of 1967 Mercury Cougar coupe was edited into a fastback style vehicle. Rear pillar was extended along trunkline with 1969 Mustang Boss 302 rear wing and window louvers added. This is one in a series of altered vehicle models that manufacturers perhaps should have made.

I love the old Mercury Cougars. My father's first car was a 1968 and my first car was a 1967. If they had made a fastback it would be one that I would want.
