Simple really. You have to command a vehicle that contains force-printer we don't have and then you print in a way yet unknown here (while remaining un-noticed) a message we do not understand. What's complicated is to go on believing we are alone in the Universe (of which we know nigh nothing), and "scientifically" inventing the ways to explain things like that... which is just one of the thousands of similar manifestations.
In the end, it will be explained as a prank made by some hillbilly jokers that never heard of geometry in their lives, and that will be the end of it.
People are funny, but the funniest among them are those that refuse to reveal the truth "because people would panic". But their basic concern is, people would quit listening to all their hilarious lies, and not only about weather balloons and similar hogwash...
Hope that helps, in short! :)))
