I took this photo in Brighton. I bought a camera for travelling and vacations, but I found out that photography is my passion. We waited in the city till it was dark and started with long exposures.Time
It was at night. It was freezing cold and sometimes we quickly ran to a café to get a warm chocolate. At the end we got the drinks for free, they loved that we just keep going.Lighting
The ISO was at a high point, but it is important that you can see the lines very well. The Ferris Wheel is ofcourse the most important part in the photo and I put my focus on that subject.Equipment
This was shot with my first camera the D3000 from Nikon, I didn't use a tripod (I just put it on a wall) and ofcourse no flash.Inspiration
The beautiful area. It was great to be near the sea, all those people and the atmosphere was awesome. Cold but awesome.Editing
It needed a little bit of processing. So the colours got an upgrae, but I wanted it to be pure.In my camera bag
Normally I have a tripod, two extra lenses: one prime and one small zoom, a flash, cleaning stuff and some extra batteries. After this travel I began to photograph so much that it's now my job.Feedback
Go to a place with many cars of moving subject with lights. Experiment with your exposure and choose a location where you have a view on your subjects.
