Location
I was walking around Chicago randomly and found this old church.Time
I think it was around 3pmLighting
It was very dark except the very bright stain glass windows to have to do HDR for this shotEquipment
at the time I was using a Nikon D80, shit it with a Sigma 10-20 lensInspiration
what isnt there to be inspired by in this imagine, also the Priest where singing alone.Editing
I did HDR for this interior shot, used Light Room and Photoshop. I did many layers in Photoshop for ceilings, and windows, and paintings. In my camera bag
Nikon D7000, Sigma 10-20, 18-105 VR, Sigma 70-200 2.8, 50 1.8, Hoya ND 400 filter, Promote control, Speedlight SB600, pair of pocket wizardsFeedback
check out the place first do some scouting, see if you can use a tripod or not. If not do a test run first for right settings, then come back when nobody is at the church and shoot. :-) Def has to be HDR in conditions like these.
