This building used to be a one room jail in the early 1900's. A third of the room was the actual jail with bars and a wire cot. The rest of the building must of been where the Sheriff sat because there was the remains of a desk in the corner. All the metal bars were still intact. My husband and I walked into the jail and took many pictures. I was shocked to see this building still well preserved. This was a nice little find near Show Low, Arizona.

Wow - that is an amazing find and a cool shot even without the history. With the history it just adds to the nostalgia. deb

Great HDR. I love the way the HDR brings out the textures of the wood. Beautiful colors, too.
