Val Nambrone, traveled by Sarca Nambrone, extends in a south - north to the north of the Val di Genova and west of Val Rendena. The access road to the last hairpin bend between Carisolo and Sant 'Antonio di Mavignola. The valley is bounded to the southwest by Cima Lancia, the Horn of Pedertic and Doss Om. To the east is enclosed by the slopes of the Fo Doss and "La Pala". The upper part of the valley includes four lakes of different sizes and located at different levels: the two lakes Cornisello (m2120), the solitary and austere Lake Vedretta higher in altitude, m.2600, and the Black Lake, m.2233 . These waterways are enclosed by walls of Bon Top, Top Scarpaco and top Denza north, glacier From Top Black Top D 'and Amola Top Cornisello west, Top Pond at South By car you can reach, except restrictions due to road conditions, the Refuge Cornisello at an altitude of 2120. In a few minutes you can visit the two beautiful lakes of the same name. To reach Lake Vedretta have to walk for about 80 minutes following the path 239. This lake is located in an exceptional location from anywhere you have searched marvels appear before your eyes as the Brenta Top Cornisello with the homonymous glacier. For the return trip along the same path to the lake Cornisello top where, if you want you can head to the nearby Black Lake by taking the s.216 (in this section is a road that runs around the lake at the top) to the right, south. Shortly before the nozzle Om is the junction with the s.238. Here you turn left and you will soon reach the below Black Lake and then back to Rif.Cornisello. Those who have sufficient time and training could continue for 216, cross the nozzle Om and in just over an hour to arrive at the Refuge Amola, Giovanni Segantini, from which is the vast panorama of Top Amola and Presanella. From Rifugio Segantini follows the route 211 which leads to the road in 45 minutes for the Lakes Cornisello. Here you turn left and about 45 minutes to reach the refuge Cornisello.
