Cape Hunting Dogs nice! In Botswana in the Okavango delta, we managed to follow a pack coming home from a hunt and got to see their den and pups. Later we lay down just out of sight of the den and the alpha came up to have a sniff. Great use of light in this shot

You are the lucky one to have got a shot of this gorgeous animal. I've lived in Africa and been to many game parks. My most recent trip was to Botswana last Dec/Jan without seeing the dogs. Only saw them once in the Kruger Park, South Africa and feel very privileged that I did. A great photo as well!!
