Warbirds over Wanaka has 1000's of opportunities to capture some really cool photos of Aircraft - I waited until later in the day to get this shot I had planed when the sun was lower creating some atmosphere in the background and fortunately the weather played ball with a few stormy clouds thrown in too!Lighting
I was pleased the weather was stormy in the background as I wanted a moody shot to hopefully create a more real looking scene other than a standard 'airshow' shotEquipment
