Rivers abound in northwest Michigan and they are bountiful with fish! Brown trout, Rainbow trout, whitefish, walleye and the list goes on! Not much white water but these rivers are great for relaxing cruises in your boat, canoe or kayak. Motor restrictions apply in some areas while you can full throttle, wide open (almost:)) in others!

Beautiful place; I can smell the fish frying, and hear the lap,lap,lap of the gentle waves against the pier pilings as another boat comes back in after a great morning at the favorite fishing hole. Great photo !
