Behind The Lens
Location
That photo was taken in the mews situated in a rural part of Estonia (23/07/2011).Time
My sister had a horse dressage lesson around 10 am, but we arrived a little bit early, and I decided to take a couple of shoots.Lighting
Luckily, the day was sunny and I had no reason to use any additional lighting.Equipment
I had Nikon D3100 camera with me with a kit lens as I only recently has bought it.Inspiration
In some point I realised what I observe quite unusual situation - around half a dozen horses lining up in front of invisible target. Straight away I took my camera out to catch this unusual scene.Editing
In this particular case I used HDR filter, I do not remember which one exactly, In fact that was a first time I ever used any filter at all. My boyfriend insisted and said the only way to add a little bit more dramatism to the shoot was to use an HDR post processing .In my camera bag
Currently you can find in my bag: Nikon D3100 camera with kit lens, portrait lens and wide angle lens, extra battery, flash Yongnuo speedlite YN565EX and laptop HP ENVY 17.Feedback
I guess, what a success of this particular shoot has to do with luck to be in the right place in the right time, so make sure you are always ready to take a great shoot.
