Behind The Lens

Location

This was taken below the Ravensthorpe Range near Ravensthorpe Western Australia

Time

It was not long after dawn whilst the light was still yellow

Lighting

The light was good as it comes thru a gap in the hills and only illuminates half of the fog or mist if you like

Equipment

Canon 20D 70 x 200 2.8L lens plus 2x extender and tripod and no flash

Inspiration

I waited for this to happen as it has to be just the right fog and time..

Editing

3 images AEB and a lot of filter work to keep the light so it remained true and to help with the loss of depth from any HDR work

2 Canon 5D mk2 cameras 24 x 70 2.8 L and 70 x 200 L 2.8 lens plus 2x extender
