Location

The photo was taken near Alba Iulia, Romania on a cold November afternoon.

Time

4.22 PM

Lighting

The lightning was perfect, it helped me a lot as these days I was shooting with an old Canon 400D and a cheap lens.

Equipment

This was shot with my old Canon 400D, an entry level camera, but very dear to me.

Inspiration

The most wonderful thing about my country is that there are still places where you can find people living in harmony with nature/ other beings. I'm certain I won't be able to find these people in a few years, 'cause they are almost exclusively elderly. So, I'm working on a project, it is called "The Way Back", which could be defined as an association of images which reflects some aspects of the formerly authentic peasant still present in certain areas of the Romanian land.

Editing

I only use light effects for the post-processing, like shadows/highlights levels.

In my camera bag

I use now a Canon 60D, and I always have with me the Sigma 50mm f/1.4, along with the Canon 70-200L f/4.
