Having your subject face the window allows the natural light to illuminate her. When shooting little ones because they move fast I use a high ISO so it bumps up my shutter speed so i have tack sharp images. My ISO was a 1000 in this image and if properly exposed you won't have to worry about noise showing up in the image.
