The lighting was perfect in the butterfly house! The white translucent walls ans roof were a great filter for the light, making everything appear well-lit and soft.Equipment
I used a Nikon D3200 DSLR camera with a 18-55mm Nikkor lens. Natural light, no tripod I didn't have time! It was one of those moments that just happened. I turned around and my son was studying this little butterfly so I got the shot quickly before my son or the butterfly moved!Inspiration

Yes. Using Photoshop, I lightened the image than increased contrast a tiny bit to really enhance the two subjects.In my camera bag

For me, this was one of those occasions of being in the right place at the right time :) Always be ready to capture those special moments! Be aware of what's happening around you and don't hesitate, if it looks like it will make a great picture, chances are it will!
