An afternoon during my 3rd and final year of my dance degree. The timing wasn't an issue as it was a fantastic studio with spring floor and completly blacked out.Lighting

A lighter and wire wool (for awesome long exposure affects) camera: canon 70D, laptop: Mac Book Pro. Assorted accessories to help with taking pictures of small children- a head band with a big bow to attract their glances towards me.Feedback
If you can see the movement you want to capture through the viewfinder, it's too late, you have already missed it. Being a dancer myself I can recognise the moments that can introduce leaps and jumps. Being a dance photographer means being based in crowed studios where sometimes you don't know the choreography or order of pieces, you have to constantly be aware and ready to capture that moment.
