I am normally uncomfortable offering criticism, but since you have posted to this project I will do my best to help. I love this picture. I think removing the color from everything except the flowers is a fantastic idea. It works beautifully for me. The only thing I would suggest is that because this is a formal event, the picture ought to be vertical, not on an angle. The angle works against the beauty and elegance of the shot in my opinion. But I love the shot otherwise. Your blacks are rich and luxurious, and the colors in the flowers really pop. Well done!
