Behind The Lens
Location
In London, at the Hungerford footbridge.Time
In must have been around 8 p.m. I was visiting London as a tourist and that evening, I was on my way back to the youth hostel. Since it was raining, one part of me wanted to hurry back as soon as possible, but everything looked so amazing that night that I just couldn't stop taking pictures.Lighting
The natural light was so special that evening (I blame it on the mysterious clouds). I didn't need to add anything.Equipment
My digital Panasonic Lumix, with a Leica lens. Nothing extraordinary and feasible for everyone :)Inspiration
The line of blue lights and their reflection on the bridge struck me. To me, it looked quite futuristic. Like a Star Wars-lightsaber...Editing
Nothing.In my camera bag
My good old Panasonic Lumix. I am often amazed by the quality of the pictures you can take with this digital camera.Feedback
Don't keep your eyes glued to the pavement, but look up while walking around in a city (even when it is raining). If I had looked down and hurried home, I would have never noticed this picture opportunity.
