Location
I took this shot at home one day while my daughter was doing her Homework.Time
It was after the kids got off the bus from school.Lighting
Lighting was strictly the sun light coming from the front door being open. Loved how it fell on her and pictured this shot before I even took out the camera..Equipment
This was actually shot with my Nikon N80 Iilford 3200 b/w film and my 105 2.5 AI lens. No tripod or flash.Inspiration
She was so concentrated on her homework, I felt the need to capture this moment to reflect on it.Editing
No post work was done, this was strictly a scan of the negative and then re-sized.In my camera bag
I usually shoot with an array of Canon equipment. I currently use the following: Canon 5D MKii Canon 7D Bunch of lenses and flashes..Feedback
Learn to Meter! See the light! The best book out there to learn this is Bryan Peterson's book called "Understanding Exposure".. It can be had via iBook, Amazon, etc.. Well worth the read!
