February 2014 - Taken for my ongoing David Series, where I take a photo of David taking in some spectacular views on our travels, a passion we share.
- The very first photo in the series, not knowing it would turn into one. David was standing there in the freezing cold and I liked the simplicity of the image. Iceland is so grand in its nature, you're constantly spoiled for views. I liked how this image reflects this in the opposite way; no majestic mountains, huge waterfalls or northern lights, just the quiet ocean, black sandy beach with ice and a big dramatic sky.
