Location
Newport, Rhode Island. This is the bridge that takes people from the 'mainland' to our island and Newport. The history is great in our Newport from the early 1600's to now. The Indians, the British, the French (who helped us win the Revolutionary War from the British). We have British ships still in the harbor that the British sunk so the French would not obtain them to be used against them. The British at that time took down many of our Colonial homes to use for firewood during a very cold winter. But, we still have many still standing. So much more to tell. Take the bridge and see for yourselves if you can after this Covid is gone.Time
SunsetLighting
This lighting through the clouds was natural....not changed in any way. The bridge is my favorite subject....be it as a silhouette or in its own colors. The beauty of each sunset becomes like a magnet to my camera and my soul.Equipment
Canon 60D with zoom lens.Inspiration
Colors, subject, clouds, and sky. Since it all faces West it becomes a natural draw at sunset for the photographers each and every day....even in fog.Editing
Simply a tiny bit of saturation. In my camera bag
4 different lenses, lots of filters, my older camera, which is a Canon T2i....my 2 cameras are on the older side now. But am still fairly happy with them and no new cameras are in sight for me at present. I am not professional so the 2 cameras are all i need to keep trying for my best.Feedback
Wait for sunset; if you can go each and every day, just drive by and see the different atmosphere and light during each season, showing up the unique lights and patterns as the sun moves around the sky. No one will be disappointed. THANK YOU FOR THE WIN AND DO PLEASE COME AGAIN TO VISIT MY SITE :) Odette
