Location
Sunrise on Puerto Rico beach on south part of island.Time
Early morning I say maybe around 7am. I try often to get up early to hopefully capture a nice sunrise.Lighting

I used my Nikon D300 with a 28-70 mm lens. No tripod, no flash. I try use only natural light.Inspiration
Sunrise and sunset are often pretty times of day. Adding foreground such as water and framing with trees make a more interesting photo.Editing
Maybe just a slight adjustment of lighting if it was a little darkIn my camera bag
My bag carries a Nikon D70 and Nikon D300 cameras. A 28-70 and 70-300 mm lens. Along with lens cleaning supplies.Feedback
Shoot what inspires you. Think outside the box, try to capture what others may not. Main subjects need not be centered in frame, experiment with main subject being right or left of center. Most of all enjoy capturing things that inspire you.
