A strange looking place with the sandy (I think) ground and the bulbous tree trunks; reminds me of a giant onion! I have never seen anything like this and yet, it draws me in wondering if there are any other living beings amongst these unusual trees... or my imagination soars on...... I like the touch of reality with detailed bark in the forefront. Excellent capture and if you did anything else to enhance it, it is great! I love it. VOTED :) t

This was taken at a Bird sanctuary. The pathway is surrounded by marsh and swamp. These are Cypress trees and the sand you speak of is algea on top of the water, This is an HDR image.....
