What you see on photograph is old Istrian tradition where the grandmother would make garlic wreath which was then given to the family to protect their houses from vampires. It is not everyday scene nowadays and i am glad i was able to capture that moment while i was visiting my grandparents. And for the record person on photograph is my family old friend.
