Shot from inside a small, cramped staircase in San Juan, Puerto Rico's 'El Morro' fortress, a colonial Spanish building dating from the 17th century. The staircase was three stories tall, narrow, steep and angular with harsh lighting, though what you see coming from the upper right is natural light from the opening at the top of the stairs. Shot with a Nikon D7000 at 10mm using a Sigma 10-20mm ultrawide angle lens.
