We had taken a much needed escape week from the Iowa winters and headed to Texas. On the beach as I was sitting and playing with sand and shells, these two characters decided to start watching me and would mimic each other like mirror images. I laughed until I had tears.

We have a few hosta beds and they are in full bloom right now. The honey bees are so busy.

As snow and moisture enter the winter wonderland, everything begins with a beautiful coating of frost.
