Robert Pershing Wadlow the "Gentle Giant" is from Alton, Illinois. He is the tallest proven recorded man in the world, measuring in at 8 feet 11.1 inches when he died at age 22. He only weighed 439 lbs but, he was Huge!

I left no real way to tell just how big but the stamen is probably 4-5 inches long. Beside being beautiful this thing is Huge!
