This is so wonderful. Such a different "flower" shot. I love it. Congratulation, by the way.

Thank you for the comment. I did a few shots in a 360 and thought this was the most unique.

I love the simple yet effective idea of shooting the back of the flowers instead of the front. Well done!

Location
This was taken on a casual bike ride, outside the town of Galapian, France.Time
It was early afternoon, on a relatively mild summer day.Lighting
Nothing unique here. A sunny afternoon with some helpful clouds.Equipment
I used a Sony Alpha 350.Inspiration
The rolling hill countryside was picturesque in all directions. The region of France is a capture in time, where small towns are separated by rolling hills, winding roads, and fields of agriculture. Sunflowers were prominent in the area, and while the fronts of the flowers had their obvious allure, I found the backs had a unique intrigue as well.Editing
There is just some typical cropping and slight filtering through iPhoto software. In my camera bag
As an amateur hobbyist, I usually just have my Sony Alpha 350, a tripod, three lenses (70-300, 50mm, and some standard lens that came with the camera.Feedback
Take a billion pictures of everything. Some will surprise you.
