Behind The Lens

Location

This Photo was taken out of awe, going up a main street in my town of Bradenton Florida.

Time

I don't remember exactly what time of day on which date, But i do know it was around ~6:00 right before the summer started.

Lighting

What i think really made this photo work is, there was some light rain 2 hours prior to this shot. i wasn't really set up for the photo and i think that's what can make some of the best photos. there was a little bit of mist left in the distance and that is what gave the sun rays some volume to them, so that definitely help setup the shot.

Equipment

I actually cant remember what equipment i used, However i do know it was a phone that i took this photo with. This just shows that its not the camera that make a photo, its whats in front of the camera that matters.

Inspiration

Like i said this was just out of whim, on the spot. I was driving down the road when when the sun in the distance was glowing through the clouds, and i knew i had to take a photo, FYI don't shoot and drive.

Editing

this was early in my photography life, and i did not think about editing this photo after the fact.

In my camera bag

now a days i keep with me my Sigma Super wide II its a 24mm Canon FD lens. On my Panasonic GH4 the lens is a 48mm equivalent. my bag is kinda barren at the moment but that's because I recently sold my old Canon T3i and its lenses for the GH4.

Just keep your camera with you and the world around you will show you its beauty.
