Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken in Paris at night looking at the sparkles which start at about 8pm every night.

Time

This view is from the courtyard of the Palais de Chaillot (Grand Museum complex & esplanade) at about 8pm in the evening

Lighting

This is a HDR photo, edited in photomatix pro

Equipment

Canon 5D Mark III with Canon EF 24-105mm f4, using a tripod with f4 aperture and slow shutter speed

Inspiration

I love Paris and to me the Eiffel tower is the embodiment of Love, Life and history of romance, movies and dreams.

Editing

Yes using Photomatix Pro and Lightroom

In my camera bag

I have Canon 5D Mark III, a canon 24-105mm f4 lens, canon 70-200mm f4, sigma f1.4 50mm and a canon 100mm macro lens plus a canon 580x flash and of course a Tripod. I like to have this lens because I think that sometimes just walking around, that feeling of missing somethings makes me feel that I may miss the beauty of this beautiful world that we live in.

Feedback

Tripod is a must, a shutter release and timing of the day. Sometimes people around the vision of the shot makes it powerful I think.
