This is so cute! It reminds me of our golden retriever we had... we could tell him to *shake* after a bath and he would!

Location
I took this picture in my backyard while watching my dogs swim. Rhett had been jumping in the pool repeatedly and finally got out and I was just lucky enough to have my camera in hand when he shook.Time
This was on a hot summer afternoon in Texas.Lighting
I think the bright sunlight made the water drops show up more against the dark background of the fence and also made the dog's color more dimensional.Equipment
I used my trusty old Nikon d60 with an 18-55 lens.Inspiration
I always enjoy taking photos of my beautiful dogs and this shot was kind of the end of the story of his afternoon swim.Editing
I didn't do any post processing of this photo. In my camera bag
I have a nicer & newer camera but I still prefer my old trusted Nikon d60. I prefer the manual adjusting of the lens and feel it takes better photos than my newer camera.Feedback
I would suggest taking a rapid succession of photos to capture the details of an action shot. Many times I've taken LOTS of pics and still not gotten the exact shot I wanted. Luck & patience plays a big part of getting the photos you want.
