Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken off the end of my dock at home.

Time

This was early morning I had just woken up and saw the sun creeping through my window and knew I needed to capture it.

Lighting

I wanted to draw attention to the color of the sky and the raindrops on the water.

Equipment

I used a Nikon Camera

Inspiration

I love the sun and rain and both were captured in this photograph. A little bit of juxtaposition.

Editing

I just darkened the edges a little to focus the viewers attention on the center of the photo. Other than that the picture is edit free

In my camera bag

I usually just have my camera, an extra lenses, and my SE Iphone which has an amazing camera.

Feedback

I used an automatic setting and took many pictures until I got the right one. I love to use just a little bit of editing so that the viewer would be drawn to a certain point of the picture.
