Had a great time discovering a new city this weekend, Cologne in Germany. I have been suffering with a bad case of man-flu and this put a bit of a dampener on the weekend but I still managed to get out with my camera a little. The cathedral you can see in the background of this image is one of the biggest I have visited and certainly an impressive sight but it is forbidden to use a Tripod without a permit inside so this put a stop to most of my planned shots.

As night came I took a walk down to the Bahnhof(train station) and shot some long exposures of the City, the trains and the bridges. This shot is a composite of 3 long exposures equaling just over a minute in length for this shot. Shot using Canon 5Dmkii, Tamron 16-28mm @16mm, f-4.0; ISO 400.
