Clean Sweep

I love empty chairs. There is just something about them that makes me want to photograph them. This one is at the Pittock Mansion in Portland, OR.

Acre upon acre, row upon row -- tulips fill my sight at the annual Wooden Shoe Tulip Festival in Woodburn, OR.

The effect in this shot is a total mystery to me. I'm guessing it has something to do with the shape-optics of my lens in concert with the star filte
