Beautiful image Phillip. I am glad you labeled it as a Snail Vine flower. I have an image of this flower with a ladybug on it that is posted early in my Viewbug gallery and I didn't know what it was called. Kurt

Location
I took this picture in my garden in CaliforniaTime
It was probably taken around noon time when I took this pictureLighting
I captured this (Snail Vine flower) when the sun was not on it, It makes it easier to see it's strange but beautiful nature.Equipment
All I used was my Cannon CameraInspiration
I like plants and their unique appearances or forms if you would call them, and the different flowers thy show off, And this (Snail Vine flower) like so many other flowers out there, Is a reminder to me of what an assume and wonderful Creator we have, That we can be surrounded by a a little peace of Gods Beauty every day were we go or are. It is His beauty of creation that captures our eye. That is what inspired me to shoot this photo.Editing
All I did was balance out the light ant color so you can see the true beauty that caught my eye.In my camera bag
Just my canon a zoom lens and a flashlight.Feedback
Look at your subject and determine how the light hits it, dos your subject pop or wash out? It cooed mean a good shot or a great shot, And one more thing, Their is always the editing room, Don't be afraid to learn it and use it, I've seen what looks like cool shots but thy fall short of their greatness. Hope this helps you better your photography Happy Shooting!! Phillip J Marshall
