The lighting was just the city lights and the lights from the river boat. I did NO editing!Equipment
I used a EOS Canon Rebel T3 with a 75-300mm zoom lenses. Setting on program P and B&W. No Tripod.Inspiration
I was out and about one evening just taking photos of things that caught my eye. I was walking across the Burnside bridge and looked to my left and saw this river boat. I thought, if I can get the lights on the boat to look like they're streaming without any editing, that would be awesome! It worked!Editing

I only have a 18-55mm lenses and a 75-300mm zoom lenses. I would love to have more, but am unable to afford it.Feedback
I unable to really help because I just adjust my settings as I go and unfortunately I don't remember most of the settings I use. I only remember this one because it turned out just as I was hoping. My apologies for not being able to give advise.
